Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) — Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received Ivan Jurić, the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Iraq today.
They discussed political and security developments and the situation in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and the wider region.
Prime Minister Barzani underscored the longstanding bonds of friendship and historical ties between the Kurdistan Region and Croatia, stressing the importance of further expanding bilateral relations in areas of mutual interest.
For his part, Ambassador Jurić reaffirmed Croatia’s readiness to further deepen its relations with the Kurdistan Region and strengthen cooperation across various sectors.
